Micro-Heat Desiccant Air Dryers Micro-Heat Desiccant Air Dryers operate similarly to Heatless Air Dryers, with a key innovation: the integration of a high-efficiency external heater that pre-heats the compressed dried air before it enters the off-line (B) Tower. This elevated air temperature allows it to carry significantly more moisture, which in turn reduces the amount of dry compressed air required for the desiccant's regeneration. While the inclusion of heater-related components represents an initial investment, it ultimately results in reduced operating costs by minimizing the need for air diversion.

The main components of Desiccant Air Dryer are the two robust pressure vessels(Tower A & Tower B). Each tower is packed with moisture-absorbing desiccant and is strategically alternated for operation via a seamless switch-over mechanism. During a drying cycle, the humid compressed air destined for drying is channeled through one of these vessels, where the desiccant effectively extracts and removes the moisture through theadsorption process). Prior to the atmospheric purging of moisture through an advanced muffler system,the moisture is temporarily stored within the desiccant of the alternate vessel and is efficiently eliminated by the regeneration process. Once the desiccant in the active drying vessel becomes fully saturated with moisture, the system ingeniously switches the roles of the vessels, allowing the drying process to commence anew.

We define one entire sequence of adsorption and regeneration within a vessel as a cycle, and the duration required for this process is termed the cycle time. Typically, each cycle lasts approximately 10 minutes,with 5 minutes dedicated to regeneration and 5 minutes to adsorption.
