Micro-Heat Desiccant Air Dryers Our Micro-Heat Desiccant Air Dryers operate similarly to Heatless Air Dryers, with a key distinction. In our innovative process, the compressed, dried air is channeled through a high-efficiency external heater before entering the off-line (B) Tower for desiccant regeneration. This heated air, with its enhanced moisture-holding capacity, significantly reduces the volume of dry compressed air required for regeneration. Although heater components contribute to initial costs, the strategic reduction in diverted compressed air leads to decreased operational expenses.

The main components of the Desiccant Air Dryer are the two robust pressure vessels(Tower A & Tower B). Both are expertly filled with high-quality desiccant and are operated alternately with seamless switch-over. During the drying cycle, compressed air journeys through one vessel wherethe advanced adsorption processensures moisture is meticulously captured. Before the moisture is elegantly purged into the atmosphere via the muffler,the moisture, stored in the desiccant of the secondary vessel, will be expertly eliminated by the efficient regeneration process. Once the desiccant in the active drying vessel reaches moisture saturation, our system seamlessly transitions the adsorption and regeneration roles of the vessels, effectively restarting the drying cycle.

A complete process of adsorption and regeneration within a vessel constitutes a cycle. The duration for this is referred to as cycle time. Typically, each cycle time is approximately 10 minutes, with an optimal balance of 5 minutes dedicated to regeneration and another 5 minutes to adsorption.
