Micro-Heat Desiccant Air Dryers Our Micro-Heat Desiccant Air Dryers offer a sophisticated enhancement to traditional Heatless Air Dryers, distinguished by their innovative inclusion of a high-efficiency external heater. This vital component ensures that compressed dry air is heated before it enters the off-line (B) Tower for the desiccant regeneration process. The heated air's superior moisture-holding capacity significantly reduces the volume of dry compressed air required, optimizing efficiency and lowering operating costs. While the initial capital investment may increase due to the heater components, the subsequent decrease in diverted compressed air usage results in substantial cost savings during operation.

The main components of the Desiccant Air Dryer system include two expertly crafted pressure vessels(Tower A & Tower B), each ingeniously packed with premium desiccant and designed to operate alternately, seamlessly switching over to ensure continuous performance. During the drying cycle, compressed air flows through one of these vessels, where moisture is meticulously extracted by the desiccant (a highly effective adsorption process). Prior to the moisture being released into the atmosphere via a specialized muffler,it is securely stored within the desiccant in the alternate vessel, to be efficiently removed by the cutting-edge regeneration process.Once the desiccant reaches its moisture saturation point, the system smartly switches the roles of each vessel, initiating a new cycle of adsorption and regeneration.

Each complete sequence of adsorption and regeneration within a vessel is referred to as a cycle. The duration required is known as the cycle time, typically taking around 10 minutes, comprising 5 minutes for regeneration and 5 minutes for adsorption.
